【摘要】 目的　探讨含利福喷丁方案对结核菌素强阳性患者预防性治疗的可接受性及治疗效果。　方法　追踪观察结核菌素强阳性患者的利福喷丁预防性治疗过程 ,了解方案的可接受性及结核病发病情况。　结果　在 5 4 6 8例结核病高危险患者中 ,预防性治疗接受率为 83.87% ,药物不良反应发生率为 7.2 0 %。活动性结核病五年发病率 4 0 4 .96 8/ 10万低于一般人群。　结论　含利福喷丁的预防性治疗方案对于结核病的发生具有较好的可接受性及预防作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reveal the treatment effects of rifapentine in preventing tuberculosis. Methods To observe the cases with positive PPD reaction by adopting the treatment scheme including rifapentine. Result In the 5468 cases followed, the compliance rate was 83.87%. The rate of adverse drug reaction was 7.20%. The active tuberculosis incidence was 404.968/10 5 during five years. The total active tuberculosis incidence was lower than that in general mass. Conclusion It was feasible that patients wich positive PPD reaction treated with the rifapentine regimen for three months for preventing tuberculosis.更多还原
