【摘要】 目的　研究天行健牌金瑞芬胶囊的延缓衰老作用。　方法　果蝇生存试验 ,大鼠抗氧化试验。　结果　雌、雄果蝇 0 .2 %剂量组的平均寿命与最高平均寿命均高于对照组 ,且差异有高度显著性 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;雌、雄果蝇 0 .2 %与 0 .4%剂量组半数死亡天数均高于对照组 4d。各剂量组血清中 MDA含量均明显低于老龄对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,高剂量组全血中GSH— PX含量高于老龄对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ,各剂量组肝组织中脂褐质含量与血清中 SOD活力与老龄对照组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)。　结论　果蝇生存试验与抗氧化功能指标测定结果均为阳性 ,天行健牌金瑞芬胶囊具有延缓衰老作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Tian Xingjian Brand Jin Rui Fen Capsule against senility. Methods The survival test of drosophila and anti-oxidation test of rat were carried out. Result The average life-span and the average longest life-span of female and male drosophila group at the concentration of 0.2% are longer than that of control group (P<0.01); The half death day of female and male drosophila groups at the concentration of 0.2% and 0.4% are four days longer than that of control group (P<0.01). The serum MDA concentration in all administrated dose groups are lower than that of elderly control group (P<0.01). The GSH-PX concentration in the whole blood at high dose group is higher than that of elderly control group (P<0.01). The lipofuscin content in liver tissue and serum SOD concentration have no significant differences between all administrated dose groups and elderly control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The results detected by survival test of drosophila and anti-oxidation test are all positive. It is proved that Tian Xingjian Brand Jin Ruifen Capsule has senility-delaying function.更多还原
