【摘要】 目的　了解玉溪市吸毒人群与HIV感染相关行为特征及艾滋病知识知晓率 ,为实施合理干预措施提供依据。　方法　采用问卷方法 ,对 365名吸毒人员进行调查。　结果　吸毒者以青年农民居多 ,静脉吸毒率为 93 .2 % ,共用针具率为 78.5 % ;对艾滋病可以相互传染知晓率为 93 .2 %。存在婚前、婚外性行为和多性伴现象。　结论　应加强农村及青少年毒品和艾滋病的宣传教育 ,并对吸毒人群采取有效健康教育和行为干预更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the high risk behavior and HIV/AIDS knowledge among drug addicts in Yuxi city, and to obtain the information for developing a proper intervention strategy. Methods 365 drug addicts were investigated with questionnaire. Result The majority of drug addicts are young farmers.93.2% of them were through injection, and 78.5% had ever shared syringes and needles with others.The correct answer rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge and awareness ranged from 47.2% to 93.2%.They had extramarital and premarital sex behavior as well as non-marriage sexual partners. Conclusion The result reveals that it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of drug knowledge and HIV/AIDS prevention among farmers and young people, and an effective education and intervention must be conducted to drug addicts.更多还原
