【摘要】 目的 :探讨人工血管旁路移植术治疗下肢动脉严重缺血疾病的临床疗效。方法 :对我院采用人工血管旁路移植术治疗下肢动脉缺血进行回顾性分析。结果 :67例患者中死亡 3例 ( 3 / 67)。术后下肢动脉缺血改善良好 ,踝 /肱指数 (ABI)有不同程度改善者 5 5例 ( 5 5 / 67) ,ABI升高幅度为 0 .2 1～ 0 .49,平均升高 0 .3 2。移植血管阻塞9例 ( 9/ 64 )。结论 :采用人工血管旁路移植术治疗下肢动脉严重缺血是重建患肢血液循环通道的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinically curative effect of treating lower extremities ischemia by vascular prosthesis. Methods:The patients with lower extremities ischemia who were treated by bypass were analysed by retrospective study. Results:3 in 67 patients(3/67) were dead. The improvement for ischemia was received. Ankle/brachial index (ABI) was improved for 55(55/64). Increasement of ABI was from 0.21 to 0.49.Average is 0.32. Obstruction of transplanted vessel occurred in 9 patients(9/64). Conclusion:The bypass using vascular prosthesis is an effective revascularlization in treating lower extremities ischemia.更多还原
