【摘要】 目的 :研究栓必灵对冠心病介入术后内皮细胞的修复作用。方法 :选择冠心病或心肌梗死住院患者行PTCA及 /或冠脉内支架术 10 6例。分为两组 ,一组应用栓必灵 ,一组未应用栓必灵 ,用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法测定两组患者血浆中内皮细胞标志物血管性假血友病因子 (vWF :Ag)和D 二聚体 (D D)值 ,比较术前、术后及未应用组的变化。结果 :组间比较 ,应用栓必灵组和未用栓必灵组术前、术后即刻vWF :Ag与D D差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 2 4h、一周、3 0d未应用栓必灵组vWF :Ag与D D均较应用组高 ,两组间差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 ) (其中 2 4h组间P <0 .0 0 5 ,一周组间vWF :AgP <0 .0 0 5 )。组内比较 ,应用栓必灵组和未应用栓必灵组术后即刻、2 4h、一周vWF :Ag ,D D均较术前高 ,差异有显著性 ( P <0 .0 5 ) (其中D D术后 2 4hP <0 .0 0 1,vWF :Ag P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :栓必灵对加速血管内皮细胞修复及改善凝血—纤溶平衡有益更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the repair effects of shuanbiling on the endothelial cell in PTCA-treated patient with CHD. Methods:106 PTCA-treated patients with CHD were selected. They were divided into two groups as shuanbiling group and non-using shuanbiling group (the control groups). The serum vWF:Ag and D-D levels of the patients in the two groups were detected by two side enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results:The serum vWF:Ag and D-D levels between the shuanbiling group and the control group are no statistical significance (P>0.05) before PTCA and immediately after PTCA. The serum vWF:Ag and D-D levels in the control group are higher than shuanbiling group at 24 hours,one week and 30 days after PTCA. There are significantly different (P<0.05)(P<0.005 at 24 hours, vWF:Ag P<0.005 at one week ). The serum vWF:Ag and D-D levels which were detected respectively when immediately, 24 hours and one week after PTCA are higher than those before PTCA. There are significantly different in both shuanbiling group and the control group (P<0.05)(D-D P<0.001 at 24 hours after PTCA, vWF:Ag P<0.005). Conclusion:Shuanbiling can accelerate endothelial cell repair, and is benefit to the balance between the blood coagulation and fibrinolysis.更多还原
