【摘要】 目的:探讨治疗解脲支原体感染的有效方法。方法:276例病人分为A、B、C组,分别给予国产强力霉素、阿奇霉素、阿奇霉素和强力霉素两种药物合用治疗生殖道解脲支原体感染。结果:强力霉素有效率为74.5％,阿奇霉素为77.7％,阿青霉素和强力霉素合用为90.7％;C组有效率明显高于A、B两组(P<0.01)。结论:国产阿奇霉素配伍强力霉素治疗生殖道解脲支原体感染是一种安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper aimed to explore an effective methods for the treatment of ureplasma urealyticum infection. Methods Our method was to divide 276 patients with ureaplasm urealyticum infection of genital tract into group A,B and C, which will be treated respectively with domestic doxycycline, astromicin and a combination of doxycyline and astromicin. Results The results showed that treatment with doxcxycline was 74. 5 % effective, treatment with astromicin was 77. 7 % effective, while treatment with the two medicine together was 90. 7 % effective, Here group C was obviously more effectively treated than group A and Group B (P<0. 01).
