【摘要】 目的 :研究动态点片在无明显移位性肋骨骨折应用中的价值。方法 :选择常规正斜位肋骨片检查后无明显移位性肋骨骨折的患者 ,使用目本东芝 85 0 m A遥控 X线机或美国 GE公司 80 0 m A多功能数字化遥控 R/ F/ P X线机(DRS)进行多轴位动态观察及点片。结果 :34例无明显肋骨骨折病例中 ,左侧肋骨不完全性骨折 2 3人 ,右侧肋骨不完全性骨折 8人 ,无骨折 3人 ,共发现肋骨骨折 6 1处 ,无肋骨骨折 4处。结论 :动态点片是诊断肋骨骨折的唯一手段更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of clapping the slice of a dynamic point for not obvious separated fracture of ribs. Methods Patients were given a dynamic observation and a slice of some point by a 850 mA remote controlling X ray Equipments (Toshiba of Japan )or a 800 mA remote controlling X ray Equipments of multifunction arithmetic figure(American GE Company), after them were given a normal rib’s slice by a oblique position and no fund obvious rib fracture. Results 34 patients who not were obvious rib fracture, were fund 23 cases with incompletion left-rib fracture , 8 cases with incompletion right rib fracture ,3 cases with no rib fracture. Conclusion It’s unique means that clapping the slice of a dynamic point diagnoses rib fracture.更多还原
