【摘要】 了解新泰市人民医院呼吸道感染的病原体分布状况。对我院 1998年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 12月呼吸道标本培养结果进行回顾性分析。其结论为呼吸道感染病原体中革兰阴性菌感染率占绝对优势 ,其中肺炎克雷伯杆菌上升至第一位 ,其次为铜绿假单胞菌 ,霉菌位居第三 ,里明显上升趋势。提示 :要建立自己的院内感染常见菌种调查记录表 ,以便指导临床合理使用抗生素更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to learn the pathogen distribution state of respiratory infection in Xintai People’s Hospital, the culture results of respiratory tract samples were analyzed from january 1998 to december 2001 in our hospital. The conclusion is that the infectious rate of G - bacteria took absolutely superior position of the pathogen which had infected respiratory tract, among the G - bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae ascended the first place,the next was Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and mold took the third place, which showed abviously rising trend. The results give us the propose that investigating record table of bacrerial type in nosocomial infection should been constructed so as to consult the rational application of antibiotics in clinic.更多还原
