【摘要】 目的考察木香动力胶囊内容物 (MuxiangDynamicsCapsuleinclusion ,MDCI)对小鼠胃排空的影响。方法灌胃给药 ,采用正常小鼠和阿托品、左旋麻黄碱致小鼠胃排空抑制模型 ,考察MDCI对胃排空的影响。结果MDCI对正常小鼠胃排空无明显影响 ,对阿托品、左旋麻黄碱造成的小鼠胃排空抑制有明显拮抗作用。结论木香动力胶囊内容物对阿托品、左旋麻黄碱负荷下胃排空抑制有一定的拮抗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of MDCI on gastric emptying in mice.Methods Oral administration of the drugs, by the model of gastric emptying inhibition induced by atropine and l ephedrine was adopted,the gastric residues were weighted and its percentage was calculated. Results MDCI did not affect gastric emptying in the normal mice.However, it significantly antagonized the gastric emptying inhibition induced by atropine and ephedrine. Conclusion MDCI has an antagonism against the delayed gastric emptying by atropine and l ephedrine.更多还原
