【摘要】 目的用高效液相色谱法测定美洛昔康注射剂中药物及有关物质含量。方法色谱柱为Kromsil— 2 0 0C18( 2 0 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm) ;流动相为甲醇 醋酸盐缓冲液 ( pH4 5 ,体积比 5 6∶4 4 ) ;流速 0 8mL/min ;检测波长 2 70nm ;柱温 4 0℃。结果美洛昔康质量浓度在 10～ 30 0mg/L内 ,线性关系良好 (r =0 9999) ,平均回收率为 10 0 3% ,RSD =1 2 %。结论本法可用于美洛昔康注射剂含量和有关物质含量的同时测定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develope a specific,sensitive and rapid reversed phase HPLC method so as to determine meloxicam and its related substances in the meloxicam injection. Methods A kromsil—200 C 18 ( 200 mm× 4 6 mm , 5 μm ) column was used,the mobile phase was composed of methanol acetate buffer(56∶44, V∶V) and the UV detector was set at 270 nm. Results The linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration range of 10～ 300 mg/L ( r =0 999 9 ). The mean recovery was 100 3%,RSD=1 2%. Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the determination of meloxicam and its related substances in the meloxicam injection.更多还原
