【摘要】 目的优选补骨脂最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法 ,以提取液中总黄酮含量为考察指标 ,对影响总黄酮提取工艺的因素进行了研究。结果实验设计三因素中乙醇浓度有显著影响。结论补骨脂的最佳提取工艺为A3B2 C2 ,即用 1 0倍量 2 1mol L乙醇回流 3次 ,每次 2h。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the conditions for the extraction of Psoralea corylifolia L..Methods The conditions for the extraction were studied by the orthogonal experimental design as guided by the content of total flavonoids present in the extract.Results A significant effect was observed in the concentration of alcohol. Conclusions The optimum conditions for the extraction of Psoralea corylifolia is A 3B 2C 2,that is,adding ten times the amount of 95% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 2h(totally extracting 3 times).更多还原
