【摘要】 目的研究黄连解毒汤对小鼠急性脑缺血缺氧的影响。方法采用了双侧颈总动脉结扎致脑缺氧、NaNO2 致缺氧、KCN致缺氧、常压密闭耐缺氧等实验方法。结果黄连解毒汤灌胃给药 2 0、4 0、8 0g(生药 ,下同 ) kg能明显延长双侧颈总动脉结扎小鼠存活时间 ;4 0、8 0g kg能够明显延长NaNO2 致缺氧小鼠存活时间 ;2 0、4 0、8 0 g kg对KCN所致缺氧小鼠出现翻正反射的潜伏期无明显影响 ,但能明显缩短小鼠翻正反射消失时间。黄连解毒汤不能影响常压密闭状态下小鼠耗氧速度 ,但 4 0、8 0 g kg可以通过提高小鼠对氧的利用能力使小鼠存活时间延长。结论黄连解毒汤具有一定的抗小鼠脑缺血缺氧作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction (HLJDD) on acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia in mice.Methods Some experiments,including bilateral common carotid artery occlusion,hypoxia induced by NaNO 2 and KCN,closed normobaric hypoxia,were used in mice.Results The survival time in the mice subjected to bilateral common carotid artery occlusion or treated with NaNO 2 (800 mg/kg) was significantly prolonged by the HLJDD.The sleeping latency induced by KCN ( 4.5 mg/kg) in mice was not affected by the HLJDD (2.0,4.0 and 8.0 g/kg,ig),but the sleeping duration was significantly shortened by the HLJDD (2.0,4.0 and 8.0 g/kg,ig).The speed of consuming oxygen in mice under the condition of closed normobaric hypoxia was not affected by the HLJDD (2.0,4.0 and 8.0 g/kg,ig),while the survival time in mice was significantly prolonged by the HLJDD due to improving the ability of using oxygen.Conclusions The results show that the HLJDD has some effects on the acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia.更多还原
