【摘要】 目的优选贞芪扶正口服液的制备工艺。方法采用了正交设计法考察提取时间、次数、加水量及壳聚糖在药液中的浓度 4个因素 ,以黄芪甲苷含量为指标成分。结果壳聚糖絮凝法能代替醇沉法用于贞芪扶正口服液的澄清工艺 ,最佳制备工艺为A1B3C3D3,即选用壳聚糖在药液中浓度为 0 0 7%澄清 ,加药材 8倍量的水提取 3次 ,每次 2h。结论制剂稳定 ;测定方法重复性好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the preparation procedure for the Zhenqi Fuzheng Oral Liquid.Methods The orthogonal design was used to study the four factors,including extraction time,extraction times,the amount of water added and the concentration of the chitosan in the liquid,taking the content of astragaloside IV as markers.Results The chitosan can be used to the clarification procedure of the Zhenqi Fuzheng Oral Liquid.The optimum extration condition obtained was:A 1B 3C 3D 3.Its concentration of the chitosan in the liquid is 0.07% and extracted by water 3 times,2 h for each time,8 times in all and the water is much as the medicine material.Conclusions The preparation is stable.The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible.更多还原
