【摘要】 目的探讨国产可取性金属内支架治疗食管良性狭窄和瘘的疗效及介入技术。方法1998年至2003年对14例食管良性狭窄、8例食管—胃吻合口瘘患者采用可取性金属内支架治疗,观察疗效及并发症。结果32个支架一次性释放成功,31个支架顺利取出,无严重并发症,20/22例食管狭窄段由3mm～8mm增宽至12mm以上,观察3个月～15个月,能进软食或普食,吻合口瘘闭合。结论国产CZES型可取性全被覆膜金属内支架,较长的置入时间,明显提高了食管良性狭窄和瘘的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and interventional technique of removable metallic inner stent which is made in China for treating benign esophageal stenosis and esophago- stomach anastomotic fistula.Methods Between 1998 and 2003 years 14 patients with benign esophageal stenosis and 8 patients with esophago- stomach anastomotic fistula underwent the interventional treatment of removable metallic inner stent and the followed up observation.Results 32 stents setted in 22 cases were once delivering success,of them,31 stents were smoothly taken be out,no any complications related to the procedure occurred.Following metallic inner stents to be setted for 3 to 5 months,the diameter of esophageal stenosed segment in 20 of 22 cases has dilated to over 12 mm from original 3～ 8 mm,these patients could eat certain foods or general foods,simultaneously,esophago- stomach anastomotic firstulae have closed.Conclusion Because removable metallic inner stent with membrane(made in China) has longer setted time so that it can greatly improve the efficacy for treating benign esophageal stenosis or fistura.
