【摘要】 目的探讨脉络膜脱离的声像图特点及其临床意义。方法对9例脉络膜脱离患者的B型超声及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果超声检查证实,脉络脱离见于9例的10眼,其中,除1例的1眼为赤道部之后扁平增强光带外,其余8例的9眼均为弧形隆起光带,与球壁光带相连。脉络膜脱离的10眼中,伴发玻璃体混浊者见于8眼。结论B超是脉络膜脱离最重要的诊断方法之一,它不仅有助于临床确诊,而且有助于判断病情轻重,观察疗效以及评估予后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the sonographic features of chorioid detachment and their significance in the clinical practice.Methods The sonographic findings and clinical data of chorioid detachment in 9 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results The ultrasonography demonstrated that there was chorioid detachment in 10 eyes of 9 cases,of them,except 1 eye of 1 case was enhancement light band in the postorior part of the equator,other 9 eyes of 8 cases were curvilinear- umbonate light bands connected with the globus walls.Among all patients,8 of 10 eyes with chorioid detachment were associated with the clouding of the vitreous body.Conclusion Ultrasonography is one of the most effective methods in the diagnosis of chorioid detachment because it is not only useful to define the diagnosis also is useful to identify the severity,to follow up the therapeutic efficacy,and to assess the clinical prognosis.更多还原
