【Abstract】 This pattern is according to its own regulations of high education,stresses the control of the teachers’ teaching control in colleges to solve the problems in our colleges, is based on the theory of systemic control,the science of modern management and the science of behavior,with the emphasis of the teachers’ emotional factors,beginning with the emotion-goal quality control pattern in colleges and universities. Emotion goal quality control pattern is a new quality management in comparison with the competing administrative management.Its pattern is not competing and its influence on people is subconscious.What’s more,it is depended on the teacher’s encouragement of emotional factors and the teachers’ mobilization of activity to form the inherent self-discipline of the responsible conscious as a master,so as to gain the teachers’ action and management with self-consciousness in the end.更多还原
