【摘要】 目的　探讨急性白血病CD116表达水平测定的临床意义。方法　对 47例初诊急性白血病患者采用直接免疫荧光法检测CD116生化法测定血清LDH ,并于标准化疗第二疗程结束时计算MBDI评价化疗疗效。结果(1)CD116的高表达主要见于AML -M5和AML -M0 患者 ;(2 )CD116的高表达主要见于髓系抗原表达的AML患者 ;(3 )CD116的表达水平在血清LDH升高与正常两组间、在MBDI≥ 5 0 %与 <5 0 %两组间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　 (1)急性白血病CD116表达水平测定对于AML尤其是AML -M5和AML -M0 的诊断与鉴别诊断有帮助 ;(2 )临床使用GM -CSF制剂应监测CD116表达水平 ;(3 )CD116表达水平似乎与白血病细胞负荷和近期化疗疗效无关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CD116 expression in patients with acute leukemia.Methods In 47 patients with de novo diagnosed acute leukemia,CD116 expression was examined with direct immunofluorescence method,serum LDH activity was assessed with biochemical method,bone marrow blast decrease index(MBDI) was calculated when the first two rounds of standard induction regimen were completed.Results (1)CD116 expression was relatively high in AML-M 5 and AML-M 0 subtype,and in the type in which AML patients with myeloid differentiation antigen overexpression.(2)There wasn’t significant difference in two groups between the AML patients with increased and normal LDH activity,or two groups with MBDI more and less than 50%.Conclusion (1)CD116 examination is useful to the diagnosis of AML especially M 5 and M 0 subvaritey.(2)And more,it is suggested that drugs with GM-CSF as a component had better be administered in accordance with the instruction coming from CD116 examination.(3)Still more,CD116 expression is not associated with leukemic cell load and therapeutic outcome in the first two rounds of induction therapy.更多还原
