【摘要】 采用文献法、访谈法和教学论证等方法 ,从快乐体育的本质和心理机制入手 ,结合当前高校武术必修课教学现状 ,对快乐体育思想在高校必修课教学中的运用进行研究 ,建议在继承传统教学体系优势部分的基础上 ,教师应转变观念 ,以素质教育为导向 ,推行一整套“教师主导、学生主体、情感主线”的快乐体育教育教学目标、内容、方法和评价体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studied the essence and psychological mechanism of enjoyable PE and realistic conditions of Wushu required course teaching in universities.And how the method of enjoyable PE is applied to practice in universities was mostly studied based on the methods of documents research, experts interview and teaching experimentation. We suggest that teachers should change the concept of teaching and should be conducted by ability of education on the basis of inheriting traditional teaching methods. And a series of teaching methods including aim, content, methodology and system of evaluation should be applied to practice.更多还原
