【摘要】 以前学术界认为 ,先秦法家人物的个人悲剧是由旧势力的反扑造成的 ,但这仅是表层现象 ,实际上有更深层次的原因。笔者认为先秦法家人物个人悲剧的真正原因是 :前期法家人物的个人悲剧是自己行为与主张相悖的结果 ;后期法家人物的个人悲剧是法家人物内部不同派别之间斗争的结果。先秦法家人物虽然大都落得一个可悲的结局 ,但是他们的思想主张得以流传后世 ,取得了胜利 ,从而弥补了历史的遗憾。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some time ago,academic circle has such an idea that Legalists’ tragedies in pre-Qin period are made by the counterattacks of old social forces.But that is only a surface phenomenon.The thesis mainly expounds two real reasons of legalists’ tragedies in pre-Qin period. One reason is that personal tragedies of legalists at the earlier stage are the results of their own behavior which is opposite to their stand.The other reason is that personal tragedies of legalists at the later stage are the results of their fighting against each other among different parties of legalists.更多还原
