基于半导体制冷的低温生物学显微镜
A Microscope for Low-Temperature Observation Based on Semiconductor Refrigerating Chips
【摘要】 目前的低温生物显微镜多为技术含量高的大型系统,目前还不能普及用于学生的实验教学。我们利用半导体制冷片体积小、制冷迅速、价格低廉的特点,使之与普通生物显微镜复合,制成简易的低温生物显微镜。
【Abstract】 At present, most microscopes for lowtemperature observation are large systems, which requires hightech and costs a lot. We found that semiconductorrefrigerating chips were small in size, and were able to refrigerate very quickly. So we developed a simple microscope for lowtemperature observation by combining a semiconductorrefrigerating chip with an ordinary microscope carrier.
