玉米细胞悬浮系建立和单细胞培养影响因素的研究
Establishment of maize cell suspension line and influencing factors to monocell culture of maize
【摘要】 以玉米幼胚为外植体进行离体培养,获取愈伤组织,建立悬浮细胞系.试验结果表明:基因型无论是对细胞悬浮系建立还是对单细胞培养都有很大影响;改良1/2B5培养基用于细胞悬浮培养能获得良好的细胞生长与分裂;继代培养时间以及大量元素减半都影响玉米悬浮细胞的生长.
【Abstract】 Immature embryos of maizes were used as explants in isolated culture to induce calli and establish suspension cell line.The results indicate that genotype has great influence either for the establishment of cell suspension line or for monocell culture;Improved 1/2?B5 medium,which could promote suspension cell growth and division,was optimal for suspension cell culture of maize;and subculture time as well as reduction by half of major elements all influnced the growth of suspension cell of maize.
