【摘要】 目的报道用改进的楔形截骨术新方法治疗先天性手指侧弯畸形的临床效果。方法2000年5月～2002年12月应用这种新方法治疗不同原因所致的先天性手指侧弯畸形6例,并与传统的楔形截骨术从手指长度、外形和功能等方面进行比较。结果矫正后的手指8～12周达到骨性愈合,其长度与术前基本相等,外形美观,功能明显改善。结论改进的楔形截骨术是治疗先天性手指侧弯畸形的较好方法,明显优于传统的楔形截骨术,可以在临床上应用开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report clinical effect of treating congenital curvature of finger by modified wedgeshaped osteotomy.Methods From May2002to December2002,we had applied this new method to treat6cases with congenital curvature of finger caused by different disease.And after operation,the legth?outline and function of fingers were compared with traditional wedgeshaped osteotomy.Results The orthotic fingers attained bony union,their length was no difference at preoperation and postoperation,with beautiful outline and modified function.Conclusion Modified wedgeshaped osteotomy is a good method for treating congenital curvature of finger,it is surperior to traditional method and can spread in clinic.更多还原
