高温热管换热器模拟设计
Simulation design of high temperature heat pipe heat exchanger
【摘要】 采用离散型计算模型,运用有效度 传热单元数(ε NTU)法,通过多次迭代对高温热管换热器进行模拟计算,并进行了试验验证,结果表明,模拟计算结果和试验结果基本吻合。为高温热管换热器的设计提供了方法,同时亦为其经济性的校核提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Simulation calculation for the hightemperature heat pipe heat exchanger(HTHPHE) was carried out by iteration using a discrete calculation model and transfer units (εNTU) methodThe reliability of the method was verified by a series of experiments for HTHPHEThe experimental results agree well with the theoretical simulation calculationThe results not only can use to design HTHPHE,but also to deliver the approach for proofing the economization
