有限元法求解搅拌轴临界转速
Calculating critical speeds of agitating shaft by FEM
【摘要】 介绍了搅拌轴的振动情况和几种临界转速的计算方法 ,通过受力分析建立了搅拌轴简化有限元模型的系统方程 ,对 2个实例采用有限元法计算了搅拌轴的临界转速 ,并且将结果与行业标准HG/T 2 0 5 6 9- 94和EEUA FMP方法的计算结果进行了比较 ,验证了有限元法求解搅拌轴临界转速的正确性与有效性。
【Abstract】 Vibrations and calculating methods of critical speeds of agitating shaft are discussed. A system function of simulated girder-tray FE model is conducted through force analysis, then critical speeds of two shafts are calculated through FEM, HG/T20569-94 and EEUA-FMP method. The correctness and efficiency of FEM is proved by analyzing the results of three methods.
