【摘要】 目的　总结和评价前列腺增生症 (BPH)开放治疗术后再手术的原因及其防治措施。方法　回顾分析 15例BPH开放术后再手术患者主要并发症的临床资料。结果　继发性出血 6例 (40 %) ,膀胱颈挛缩 6例 ,(40 %) ,腺体残留复发 2例 (6 .6 7%) ,前列腺癌 1例 (3.33%) ,全部患者均进行开放手术 ,术后出血停止 ,尿路梗阻症状解除 ,生活质量改善。结论　BPH开放手术后继发性出血 ,膀胱颈孪缩造成的排尿困难是BPH术后再手术的主要原因。BPH常规开放治疗的并发症及再手术是可以避免的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the factors causing reoperation after prostatectomy and prophylactico-therapeutic measures. Methods The materials about major complications of 15 cases undergoing reoperation after prostatectomy were reviewed. Results 6 cases (40%) were with secondary hemorrhage, 6 cases (40%) with contraction of bladder orifice, 2 cases (6.67%) with recurrence of gland residue, and 1 case (3.33%) with prostatic carcinoma. All cases received open operation. Post-operative secondary hemorrhage stopped. The symptoms of urethral obstruction disappeared. The quality of life was improved. Conclusions The secondary hemorrhage and dysuria due to the contraction of bladder orifice were the major reason of reoperation. Complications and reoperation could be avoided by appropriate measures in the usual open therapy of BPH.更多还原
