【摘要】 目的　总结小切口胆囊切除术实施体会。方法　对 96例小切口胆囊切除术进行回顾性分析。结果　 96例病人手术经过均顺利 ,全部治愈。术后引流处渗血 3例 ,切口轻微脂肪液化 6例 ,1例术后半月发现胆总管结石。术后平均住院 5 .8天。结论　外科医生具备熟练的外科手术技能和丰富的传统开腹胆囊切除术 (OC)经验 ,选择合适病例实施小切口胆囊切除术是安全可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience in actualizing mini-incision cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of 96 cases with mini-incision cholecystectomy was analyzed retrospectively. Results Operation was successful in all cases. 3 cases were with oozing of blood near the drainage tube. 6 cases were with slight fat liquefaction in the incision. 1 case was with choledocholith, 15days after operation. The average duration in hospital was 5.8days. Conclusions The mini-incision cholecystectomy ties to the advanced surgical operation technique, abundant experience of open cholecystectomy, and select cases.更多还原
