【摘要】 目的　对经济不发达地区人群中毒 115例病人的分析 ,找出成因和对策。方法　通过一般资料、中毒特性和临床病例的统计分析 ,发现中毒的特点和规律 ,以利防治。结果　中毒的成因为夫妻关系不合 ,子女考试落榜 ,父母包办婚姻 ,儿童误服鼠药 ,投毒谋害 ,凶酒 ,计划生育纠纷等 ;中毒的对策为强化预防意识 ,充分发挥农村初级保健开通“12 0”热线 ,组建县级急救中心。结论　中毒是经济不发达地区危及社会人群健康和生命安全的突出问题 ,应引起政府高度重视 ,本着预防为主 ,认真做好中毒的防治工作更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the formation reasons and countermeasures of poisoning in regions of undeveloped economy. Methods Genera data of poisoning property and clinical feature was statistic analyzed. Results Discordance of consort, failing to enter a higher school, prescribed marriage, taking poison for mouse by mistaking, plotting a murder, bibulosity were the main formation reasons. Conclusions Poisoning is a major problem endangering the health and security of population in the regions of undeveloped economy, and should be paid more attentions. By the law which the first case is prevention and control, it would be necessary to strengthen effective preventive work.更多还原
