细菌性腹泻病403例病原学检测与临床治疗
Etiologic detection and treatment of bacillary dysentery in 403 children
【摘要】 目的 提高对感染性腹泻病的临床疗效。方法 应用肠道病原菌常规分离鉴定、药敏试验及临床疗效观察方法 ,对 4 0 3例儿童细菌性肠炎患儿的病原学、药敏及治疗进行分析。结果 从 82 3例急性感染性腹泻患儿粪便中共分离出致泻病原菌 4 0 3株。其中志贺菌属 313株 ,检出率为 38% ;沙门菌属 35株 ,检出率4 .2 % ;弧菌属 30株 ,检出率 3.6 % ;气单胞菌属 10株 ,检出率 1.2 % ;类志贺邻单胞菌属 11株 ,检出率 1.4% ;侵袭性大肠杆菌 5株 ,检出率 0 .6 %。临床疗效及药敏试验显示 ,头孢曲松钠是治疗感染性腹泻病的高敏感性药物。结论 志贺菌为陕西地区主要的腹泻病原菌 ,占总菌株 78% ;头孢三代药物为当今小儿临床有效治疗药物。
【Abstract】 Objective To improve the curative rate of children with bacillary dysentery.Methods Routine separated detection,drug sensitive test and clinical observation of enteric pathogenic bacteria were applied to investigate clinic curative effect of this disease.Results Four hundreds and three pathogenic strains that could cause diarrhea were detected from the feces of 823 children with acute infectious diarrhea. Among them, there were 313 shigella, detectable rate 38 %;35 Salmonella,detectable rate 4.2 %;30 Vibrio, detectable rate 3.6 %;10 Monosporium,detectable rate 1.2 %; 11 Parashigella,detectable rate 1.4 %; 5 invasive Bacillus coli, detectable rate 0.6 %.Cefatrizine was proved to be hypersensitive antibiotics for infectious diarrhea.Conclusions Shigella is the principal pathogen for diarrhea in the region of Shaanxi,and accounts for total fungus of 78 %,and cefatrizine is a clinically effective drug for the disease nowadays.
