氮素不同用量对水稻叶片气孔密度及有关生理性状的影响

【摘要】 以丰锦、辽粳5号、IR36、水源287为试材 ,设置高肥和低肥两个处理 ,研究了包括气孔密度在内的一些生理性状的变化情况。结果表明 :高肥处理各品种叶片的各部位气孔密度均减少 ,平均气孔密度明显低于低肥处理 ,其原因与高肥条件下剑叶面积的显著增加有关。与低肥处理相比 ,高肥处理各品种叶绿素含量较高 ,净光合速率较大 ,蒸腾速率较小 ,气孔扩散阻力较小。气孔密度与蒸腾速率、气孔扩散导度呈正相关。

【Abstract】 With four rice varieties,Fengjin, Liaojing5, IR36 and Shuiyuan287 as materidls, stomatal density and other physiological characters of flag leaf were studied under two nitrogen fertilizer treatments. The results indicated that the stomatal density of all the varieties descended under high-N treatment, and all were lower than those under low-N treatment. These suggested that the reason of this phenomena had a close relationship with the significant increase of leaf area of flag leaves. Comparative with low-N treatment, the chlorophyll concentrations and net photosynthetic rates of flag leaves under high-N treatment were higher, but the transpiration rates and stomatal conductances were lower. The stomatal densities had positive correlations with transpiration rates and stomatal conductance, but had negative correlations with net photosynthetic rates of flag leaves.
