【摘要】 目的　探索氧自由基在肺癌、急性肺部感染中的作用机制。方法　检测 3 2名肺癌、3 4名急性肺部感染患者血中SOD、LPO的含量 ,并与正常人进行对比研究 ,且将肺癌吸烟者、肺癌的不同组织类型间SOD、LPO进行比较。结果　肺癌组SOD下降 ,P <0 0 5 ,LPO升高但差异无显著性P >0 0 5 ,肺癌吸烟者和非吸烟者、肺癌各组织类型间LPO、SOD含量差异无显著性P >0 0 5。急性肺部感染组SOD、LPO均明显升高P <0 0 1和P <0 0 5。结论　SOD、LPO在肺癌和急性肺部感染中的作用机制不同 ,在肺癌中SOD下降 ,LPO相对增高 ,对机体造成损害。LPO在肺癌的不同组织类型中作用是一样的。在急性肺感染组SOD、LPO均较对照组升高。体内氧化抗氧化系统在一个新的较高水平上达到平衡 ,有利于杀灭病原菌。对机体有保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the different effects of oxygen free radicals in various diseases.Method We detected the concentration of blood SOD?LPO in 34 acute respiratory infection patients,32 lung cancer patients and 34 healthy controls,respectively.Result SOD and LPO in acute respiratory patients were significantly higher than that of controls SOD reduced in lung cancer patinents,and LPO in lung cancer patients increased,but there was no significant difference compared with the controls.There was no significant difference of SOD and LPO in various types of lung cancer patients.Smoking had no effect on SOD and LPO in lung cancer patients.Conclusion The mechanism of oxygen free radicals in infection and lung cancer is different,but the level of SOD and LPO in different types of lung cancer patients is the same.更多还原
