废旧沥青混合料再生技术的研究

【摘要】 在实验室将沈铁、北环等公路段的5种废旧道路沥青混合料,采用工业苯作溶剂抽提回收出约占沥青混合料2.06%~2.79%的旧沥青,并根据其理化性质及组成选择适宜的润滑油精制过程中产生的废油作复合再生剂,与所回收旧沥青性质类似的新沥青一起,调配出符合重交通道路石油沥青质量标准(GB 50092—96)要求的AH90和AH70重交通道路石油沥青。该方法简单、易操作,预计可以节约50%以上的铺路沥青。

【Abstract】 Spent asphalts were extracted by industrial benzene from waste asphalt mixtures of Shenda, etc. , 5 highways in laboratory. The recovered spent asphalts were 2. 06% - 2. 79% of the waste asphalt mixtures. Composite agent, spent oil selected from lube refining process according to its physico-chemical property, was blended with the recovered spent asphalt and new asphalt which proper-ty was similar to the spent asphalt in certain ratios. The blended asphalt could meet the standards of AH90 and AH70 heavy-duty road asphalts. The said method was easy to handle and it was predicted to save more than 50% paving asphalt.
