烷基化反应沸石催化剂寿命的影响因素
FACTORS INFLUENCING CATALYST LIFETIME IN ALKYLATION REACTION
【摘要】 通过对相同催化剂在加速失活和工业操作失活后两个催化剂样品结炭物质的剖析和各种性能的比较,阐明用加速失活实验判断烯烃与苯烷基化催化剂的寿命是可行的。以加速失活实验为手段,讨论了烷基化反应中不同种类沸石、同种沸石的不同改性处理对催化剂烷基化反应寿命的影响。用具体实验数据从工艺过程类型、工艺条件以及不同内构件的催化蒸馏塔对催化剂寿命的影响作了讨论。
【Abstract】 By analysis of the coke deposited on the accelerated aging catalyst and the industrial deactivated catalyst and other properties of the catalysts, it was expounded that the accelerated aging test was feasible to predict catalyst lifetime in alkylation reaction of benzene with alkene. Life times of various catalysts were investigated by the accelerated aging test. The effects of catalysts prepared from different zeolites and prepared from a same zeolite by different modified treatments on their lifetimes were discussed. Based on the experimental data, the effects of processing course, operating conditions and different internai components of the catalytic distillation columns on catalyst lifetimes were also discussed.
