催化吸收法干气制乙苯的工艺研究

【摘要】 在改性的β沸石催化剂上研究了催化吸收法干气制乙苯的工艺过程,考察了各工艺参数对烷基化反应的影响,并提出了适宜的工艺条件:催化剂装填体积分率20%,乙烯质量空速0.2h-1,液体喷淋量为4~6m3/(m2·h),反应压力不小于1.5MPa,反应温度为140~160℃,在此条件下,乙烯转化率不小于95%,乙苯选择性不小于93%,反应产物中基本上无二甲苯生成。

【Abstract】 The preparation of ethylbenzene with ethylene in dry gas by catalytic absotption process over modified beta zeolite catalyst was studied and the influence of the technological parameters on the alkylation reaction was investigated. The suitable technological parameters were as follows; catalyst packing fraction 20v% , ethylene WHSV 0. 2h-1 , liquid spray density 4 - 6m3 /(m2 · h) , pressure not less than 1. 5MPa and temperature 140-160℃. Under these conditions, the conversion of ethylene was higher than 95%, and the selectivity of ethylbenzene was higher than 93%. Moreover, dimethyl-benzene was hardly found in the product.
