【Abstract】 In recent years, developed countries, such as the united states, Japan, the European Economic community, etc, have one after another taken protective measures-technical trade barriers, which are noted for great concealment, low diaphaneity, and being hard to supervise and anticipate. These protective measures have brought a great impediment to the foreign trade of China and other countries, especially developing ones, and meanwhile become a protective screen for stopping foreign goods from entering national markets, thus constituting a kind of trade barriers in the international trade, the most secretly concealed and hardest to break. Therefore, it is extremely urgent for our country to find a way to break such barriers. The chief measures with which our country’s production of agricultural products will be able to break the international technical trade barriers are as follows: implementing standardized agricultural production; devoting major efforts to developing characteristic agricultural products and organic ones; vigorously developing industrialized agriculture; advancing the innovation of agricultural operating system.更多还原
