【摘要】 目的　探讨抗帕颗粒联合美多巴治疗血管性帕金森综合征的疗效。　 方法 　 32例血管性帕金森患者同时应用抗帕颗粒及美多巴 ,于治疗前、治疗后半月、1月、3月给予UPDRS评分。　 结果 　加用抗帕颗粒后美多巴用量减少 1/2以上 ,副作用发生率下降 ,症状减轻 ,治疗后 3月UPDRS评分和治疗前相比明显下降 (P <0 0 1)。　 结论 　抗帕颗粒联合美多巴治疗血管性帕金森综合征能提高疗效 ,减少副作用 ,降低美多巴用量 ,为中西医结合治疗帕金森病的良方更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Anti-Parkinson Potion combined with Madopar on vascular parkinsonism(VP). Methods Thirty-two patients were given Anti-Parkinson Potion 7.5g tid.UPDRS were evaluated before and after 15,30 and 90 days of treatment. Results The side-effects of Madopar were decreased.The use of Madopar was reduced by over 1/2,The symptoms of VP were relieved.The scales of UPDRS were decreased after 3 months treatment (P<0.01). Conclusions Anti-Parkinson Potion combined with Madopar may increase the efficacy and reduce the side-effects.So it is a good plan of combination therapy with traditional Chinese and western medicine for VP.更多还原
