两种底板托槽体外粘结强度的对比研究

【摘要】 目的 :对目前最常用的燕尾底板托槽和网状底板托槽的粘结强度进行对比研究。方法 :选正畸需要而拔除的前磨牙为实验样本 ,将离体牙随机分为 4组 ,每组 10颗牙齿。在 1、3组牙面上粘结燕尾底板托槽 ,在 2、4组牙面上粘结网状底板托槽。以材料力学实验机分别对 1、2组进行即刻抗剪切强度的测定 ,对 3、4组进行即刻抗张强度的测定 ,并对每一牙面上的粘合剂残留量进行统计。结果 :无论是剪切强度还是抗张强度 ,两种底板托槽之间的粘结强度均无显著性差异。结论 :体外研究结果提示了这两种托槽在粘结强度上差别不大

【Abstract】 objective: To compare the bond strength between tooth and swallow tailed base bracket or between tooth and foil mesh base bracket. Methods: Forty extracted human premolars were randomly and evenly divided into 4 groups. Swallow tailed base brackets were bonded on the teeth in group 1 and 3; foil mesh base brackets were bonded on the teeth in group 2 and 4. The immediate shear bond strength was tested in group 1 and 2; the immediate tensile bond strength in group 3 and 4. The adhesive remnant index was recorded. Results: The shear strength(MPa) in group 1 and 2 was 3.117 6±1.103 8 and 4.012 3 ±1.466 1( P >0.05), the tensile strength(MPa) 2.798 7 ±0.621 1 and 3.078 8±1.069 6( P >0.05), respectively. The remnant index(%) in group 1,2,3 and 4 was 56.7, 56.7, 80 and 50 respectively. Conclusion: In vitro study indicates that there is no difference in production of shear strength and tensile strngth between teeth and the tow kinds of brackets.
