【摘要】 对城市化的起因,城市发展造成的城市问题进了阐述、分析,对城市改造方式进行了比较,结合沈阳市景观路改造工程(中山路段),提出了保持特色逐步更新的改造方式.并对不同时期建筑的改造方式与实施以及对道路的改造,总结了其改造实施的得与失,对今后的城市建设和发展提供了较好的借鉴.更多还原

【Abstract】 A detailed exposition was given on the urban problems brought about by urbanization and city development. Such problems as unitary type of reconstruction, excessive standards, illogical planning and lack of protection are analyzed and different reconstruction methods are compared. It is pointed out that the city context, its distinctive features and historical buildings play an important role in the development of a city. Methods for preserving city characteristics have been suggested based on the reconstruction project of Shenyang Landscape Roads. Different methods are employed to reconstruct buildings and roads of different periods, which achieve a fairly good result and provide favorable reference for the construction and development of cities.更多还原
