混凝土早期强度的试验研究

【摘要】 介绍了两批不同强度混凝土试件的材料的置备、配合比设计到制作的全过程.并测量了其中不同龄期的57块试件的轴心抗压强度和54块试件的劈裂抗拉强度.通过对试验数据离散性和混凝土试件强度变化规律分析,探讨了混凝土含水率、混凝土的强度和抗压及劈裂抗拉试验对混凝土强度离散性的影响,认为在本次试验中导致强度离散的关键因素是混凝土的含水率.最后根据试验过程和试验结果,提出在试验全过程中应严格控制含水率,其结论对于理论研究和工程实践都具有借鉴意义.

【Abstract】 Two groups of different strength specimens are made in this experiment. The whole process, including preparing material, designing ratio of cement to aggregate and making specimens are introduced. The axial compression strength of 57 specimens and the splitting tensile strength of 54 specimens in different ages are measured. Based on the analysis of strength data, the effects of water ratio, strength and compression of concrete are discussed. The key factor that contributes to the discreteness of concrete strength is the water ratio. The experiment process and results show that water ratio should be strictly controlled in the whole process. The conclusions are of benefit to the study of professional theory and engineering practice.
