生殖道衣原体支原体及弓形虫感染与自然流产

【摘要】 目的 研究衣原体 (chlam ydia trachomatis ,C)、支原体 (ureaplasma urealyticum ,U )和弓形虫 (toxocara,T)对自然流产的影响。 方法 应用聚合酶链反应 (polym erase chain reac-tion,PCR)技术分别对 4 5例自然流产患者和 5 2例正常妊娠自愿人工流产孕妇的宫颈分泌物进行C、 U检测 ;T采用酶链免疫吸附试验 (enzyme linked im munosorbent assay,EL ISA )方法检测血清中 Ig M抗体。 结果 自然流产组 C、 U、 T的阳性检出率分别为 2 2 .2 % (10 / 4 5 ) ,17.7% (8/4 5 )、 6 .7% (3/ 4 5 ) ,与对照组 5 .8% (3/ 5 2 ) ,7.7% (4 / 5 2 ) ,1.9% (1/ 5 2 )比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。随着流产的次数增加 C、 U和 T的检出阳性率增加 ,感染与自然流产次数呈正相关。 结论  C、 U、 T是引起自然流产的重要感染源之一 ,可作为确定自然流产病因指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of chlamydia trachomatis(C),ureplasma urealytium(U)and toxoplasma (T) on spontaneous abortion. Methods 45 cases with spontaneous abortion(study group) and 52 cases with induced abortion (control group) were detected.C,U were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) in cervical secretions.lgM antibody of T were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) from plasma. Results The positive rates of C,U and T were 22.2 %,17.7 % and 6.6 % in the study group respectively,which were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01).The positive rate of U,C and T increased with the times of abortion were observed. Conclusions C,U and T were important pathogens that related to spontaneous abortion.They could be the index which will judge the cause of spontaneous abortion. [
