【摘要】 针对油田污水处理、回注的不同工艺要求 ,最近研制开发出油田污水精细处理装置、小区块油田橇装式污水处理装置、旋流混合反应澄清装置及液 液旋流分离系统等新装备 ,在室内试验及现场试验中均取得了良好的效果。按照“安全可靠 ,经济高效 ,节能降耗”的原则 ,提出我国油气田地面注采及污水处理技术的发展建议 :(1)注聚、稠油、特稠油的污水处理是今后油田污水处理的主攻方向。 (2 )加强高含水油田节能降耗水处理技术的研究。 (3)加强低渗透、小断块油田地面污水处理工艺技术研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the light of the various technological requirements of oilfield sewage treatment and reinjection, several new equipment are developed, including sewage fine treatment device, skid-mounted sewage treatment system for small-block oilfield, vortex sedimentation tank and liquid-liquid hydrocyclone. Suggestions for waste water treatment in the oil fields in China are put forward: (1) main aims of oilfield water treatment lie in sewage treatment in polymer injection and heavy oil production; (2) strengthening the study of the technology of water treatment in high water cut oil fields; (3) deepening the research of sewage treatment technology for low-permeability and small-block oil fields.更多还原
