【摘要】 针对低渗透油藏开发中 ,实施热洗、清蜡等措施易伤害油层等问题 ,研制成新型防砂埋洗井油层保护器 ,主要由自封封隔器和生产 /洗井转换阀两部分组成。由于生产 /洗井转换阀的特殊结构 ,在采油生产状态下 ,油层产液可以畅通无阻地经过生产 /洗井转换阀进入上方的泵内抽出 ;在洗井或清蜡时 ,生产 /洗井转换阀处于关闭状态 ,彻底阻断洗井液进入油层 ,从根本上防止清蜡洗井的入井液对油层的伤害 ,且有效解决了砂埋球问题。该保护器现场应用 4 0 0余井次 ,成功率 10 0 % ,累计增油 2 4 2万t,创直接经济效益 95 2 9万元。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the course of oil production and downhole servicing in low-permeability oilfield, such measures as periodic hot-flushing of wells or wax-removal are necessary for ensuring normal production of the well. But this may cause severe damage to the formation. Thereby a new reservoir protection device is developed, which consists of a self-sealing rubber-cup packer and a production/well-flushing switch valve. It can not only solve the problems arouse in well-cleanout and wax removal, but also have a sand-discharge gate for free sand fall-out. The new reservoir protection device was successfully used more than 400 times in the field, and remarkable financial profit has been achieved.更多还原
