螺旋焊管焊缝噘嘴极限高度的分析方法
The determination method for weld angular distortion limit of spiral welding linepipe
【摘要】 焊缝噘嘴引起的附加弯曲应力会降低管道承载能力和疲劳寿命 ,增加应力腐蚀开裂敏感性 ,控制焊缝噘嘴高度对于保证管道安全可靠性非常重要。螺旋焊缝噘嘴的应力集中 ,是复杂的三维问题 ,尚无成熟的理论公式可以利用。针对这种状况 ,在直焊缝理论公式基础上 ,通过理论和有限元分析 ,首次提出了螺旋焊管焊缝噘嘴附加弯曲应力和焊缝噘嘴部位最大应力的计算公式 ,建立了螺旋焊管焊缝噘嘴极限高度的分析方法 ,为螺旋焊管质量控制和安全性评定提供了理论依据
【Abstract】 Since the stress concentration analysis of weld angular distortion in spiral welding linepipe concerns complicated 3-D mechanics issues, up to now, there are no formulae and methods avialable for it in the existing publications. Mechanical model for the stress analysis of spiral weld angular distortion is established in this article. Based on the reported theoretic formula for stress analysis of straight weld angular distortion, the formula for calculating the additional bending stress and the maximum stress due to spiral weld angular distortion are given through combining theoretic analysis with FEA, and the method for determining the limit of the spiral weld angular distortion is presented, providing a theoretic basis for quality control and safety assessment of spiral welding linepipe.
