基于Visual Basic的高粘度齿轮泵系列化设计

【摘要】 为解决常规齿轮泵径向不平衡力问题,构思了行星机构式齿轮泵的3种结构,并对新型齿轮泵按“单位排量时泵的体积最小”作为优化目标建立了数学模型,以泵的基本参数系列化设计为例,提出了应用Visual Basic语言直接进行离散参数寻优的系列化设计方法。该方法能实现人机交互、界面友好、设计结果直观,有利于减少设计人员的计算工作量,提高设计结果的合理性,为高粘度齿轮泵的创新设计和其他新型机电产品的系列化设计提供了新思路。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the radial-force problem of the traditional gear pump, three new gear pumps with planetary mechanism are designed. A mathematical model for the new pumps is established by taking "minimum pump volume per unit displacement" as the optimum objective. By taking the seriation design of the pump’s basic parameters as an example, a new seriation design method is put forward to optimize problems with discrete variables through Visual Basic language. With this method, man-machine interaction can be achieved with friendly interface and visual design results can be obtained. It is beneficial to reduce the design workload, and can provide a nw thought for creative design of gear pumps for high-viscosity liquid and for seriation deisgn of other new mechanical and electric products.
