CY—1型抽油机自动监控系统的研制

【摘要】 为了实现油田对节能降耗、优化机器运行的要求,研制了一种低成本的抽油机自动监控系统。这种监控系统由光杆载荷/速度检测、温度及液位高度检测、A/D、单片机、显示打印器件、继电器输出控制等组成,能够实现电动机的软启停、功率切换和对润滑油温度、高度及轴承温度的监测控制,可以通过电力线载波接口实现联网控制,具有较高的性能价格比和广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 An automatic monitoring and controlling system is developed to optimize the operation of pumping units and thereby to realize power saving and consumption reduction. This model CY-1 system is comprised of device for inspection of polished rod load/speed, bearing temperature and lubricants level inspecting devices, A/D, single chip computer, etc. It can carry out the soft switch and halt and power shift of the electric motor, as well as the monitoring and control of lubricants temperature/level and the bearing’s temperature. And it is also able to realize network control by means of the carrier wave interface of power lines.
