油水分离用旋流管磨损关系模型的建立与应用
Establishment and application of wear relationship model of tubes of liquid-liquid hydrocyclone.
【摘要】 旋流管是液 液水力旋流器的核心部件 ,旋流管磨损后会使分离效率急剧下降 ,严重影响设备运行 ,并最终导致停产。为定量研究旋流管的磨损问题 ,通过对几个主要影响因素的多元线性回归 ,建立了磨损量与磨损时间、砂粒粒径、体积含砂浓度及砂粒运动切向速度相关联的磨损关系模型。根据现场试验数据 ,进行了模型的实例应用计算和分析。结果表明 ,理论磨损量和实测值间的误差是由于未考虑腐蚀和温度因素引起的 ,应在实际应用中加以修正
【Abstract】 The cyclone tube is the core component of the liquid-liquid hydrocyclone. Its wear may result in the rapid reduction of the separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone. To make a quantitative analysis of the cyclone tube, the wear relationship model is established by means of multiple linear analysis of main affecting factors. And calculation and analysis is made according to the field test data. The result shows that the error between the measured value and the theoretical wear occurs owing to neglecting the corrosion and temperature factors, and it should be corrected in the application of the hydrocyclone.
