不同栽培方式对阿魏蘑产量的影响初报

【摘要】研究结果表明 ,阿魏蘑最适培养料配方为棉籽壳 86 % ,麦麸 10 % ,玉米粉 3% ,石膏1% ,最适栽培方式为脱袋竖向畦栽 ,覆土至菌棒 3/ 4处 ,每袋装干料 30 0 g ,生物学效率可达12 2 .6 7%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of carbon sources, nitorgen sources, C∶N ratio and pH on the biomass of submerged culture of Agrocybe agerita were studied by analytical technique of single factor. The results showed that the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source, C∶N ratio and pH were glucose, peptone, 60∶1 and 6 respectively.更多还原
