林地蘑菇的生物学特性和栽培特性

【摘要】 研究了林地蘑菇 10 3菌株的生物学特性和栽培特性。结果表明 ,林地蘑菇 10 3菌株菌丝生长的适宜碳源是淀粉和蔗糖 ,适宜氮源是硫酸铵和豆饼粉 ,适宜温度为 2 5~ 30℃ ,适宜 pH为 5 .1~ 7.1。林地蘑菇 10 3菌株子实体形成温度 19~ 2 9℃ ,最适 2 0~ 2 5℃ ;子实体形成期最适空气相对湿度 80 %~ 90 %。

【Abstract】 The biological and cultivated characteristics of Agaricus silvaticus were studied. The results showed that the optimal carbon sources and nitrogen sources for the mycelial growth of Agaricus silvaticus were starch, sucrose and (NH 4) 2SO 4, soybean meal resp., and that the optimal temperature and pH for the mycelial growth of Agaricus silvaticus were 25~30℃and 5.1~7.1 resp.. The temperature for its fruitbody formation was 19~29℃ with the optimum temperature being 20~25℃, and the optimum relative air humidity for its fruitbody formation was 80%~90%.
