Lewis酸催化合成2-(二乙氨基)乙基己酸酯
Synthesis of 2-(Diethylamino)ethyl Caproate by Using Lewis Acid
【摘要】 以路易斯酸为催化剂,己酸与2 二乙氨基乙醇酯化合成2 (二乙氨基)乙基己酸酯.最佳工艺条件:硫酸钛作催化剂,甲苯作溶剂,115~155℃之间回流脱水5h.收率最高达91.2%.
【Abstract】 2(Diethylamino)ethyl caproate was synthesized from caproatic acid and 2diethylamino ethanol by using Lewis acid as catalysis. The best yield of the ester is 91.2 % when the reaction is carried out with titanium sulfate as catalysis in toluene at 115~155 ℃ for 5 hours.
