4-(3,4-二氯苯基)-4-氧代丁酸的制备新工艺
New Procedure of Preparing 4-(3,4-dichlorophenyl) -4-oxobutanoic acid
【摘要】 采用邻二氯苯和丁二酸酐为原料,经付氏酰基化反应,制得产物4 (3,4 二氯苯基) 4 氧代丁酸.研究催化剂的投入量,反应物配比,反应温度,反应时间对产率的影响,找出最佳反应条件为:催化剂为酰基化剂的2倍,丁二酸酐与邻二氯苯摩尔比为1∶6,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为4h,产物要在冰水体系中结晶析出.
【Abstract】 4-(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)4oxobutanoic acid was made from 1,2dichlorobenzene and succinic anhydride by Frield-Crafts reaction. The study has obtained preferable condition of the reaction . The mole ratio of succinic anhydride to 1,2dichlorobenzen is 1∶6. The optimum temperature of the reaction is 60 ℃, and the reaction maintened at that temperature for 4 h ,then the product was crystalled in icewater system .The yield was 94 %.
