一种新膨胀单体的合成及其预聚物与环氧树脂的共聚研究
Synthesis of New Expansion Monomer and its Prepolymer’s Copolymerization with Epoxy Resin
【摘要】 通过月桂醛与甲醛之间发生坎尼扎罗反应,合成新的三元醇,进而合成新的膨胀单体:3,9 二羟甲基 3,9 二癸基 1,5,7,11 四氧杂螺环[5,5]十一烷,并以此单体为反应物,通过与不同比例的异氰酸酯反应生成预聚物.研究该预聚物与环氧树脂共聚固化反应,并对共聚过程中实验现象进行讨论.
【Abstract】 This paper descrided the preparation of new expansion monomer 3,9dihydroxymethyl3,9didecyl1,5,7,11tetraoxaspiro\undecane. It reacted with isocyanate in the different ratios to form preplymers. The prepolymer were carried on copolymerization curing reaction with epoxy resin. The above observed phenomena were discussed.
